Restrictions
Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay.
Check in is after 1 pm.
Check out is at 11 am.
We can keep your luggage if you got arrival before or departure after this time. The B&B is not manned 24 hours, so you are kindly requested to provide us with your check-in time.

Rome City taxi is never included in the final price.
The payment is in cash at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel/modify your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page.
Cancel/modify within 15-6 days before your arrival date 1 night will be charged on your credit card
Cancel/modify within 6-1days before your arrival date 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card
The total amount will be charged for no-show and no advance notice.
